Products & Availability

  • All tinctures, teas, and remedies are handcrafted in small batches with natural variations. These variations are a sign of authenticity, not defects.

  • Product availability is subject to seasonal harvests, supply, and stewardship of the land. We may limit quantities or discontinue items as needed.

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, but cannot guarantee exact matches in color, consistency, or taste.

 

Subscriptions & Orders

  • Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Orders are not final until payment has been processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

  • Refunds may only be issued in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.


Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped using eco-conscious packaging.

  • Our products are made from wild-harvested and organic herbs and mushrooms, crafted to support wellness.
