Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
