Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Forage Healing, we strive to serve our community with integrity and care. Whether you’re receiving a recurring Forage Box, reserving a seasonal tincture, or purchasing a new release, we want the process to be simple and transparent. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
Our subscription offerings—such as Forage Boxes and select tinctures—are designed to provide steady, creation-based support for your health.
-
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the duration and frequency you select.
-
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each renewal unless you choose to pay in advance.
-
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email.
-
If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, your subscription will remain active for that cycle and end the following cycle.
We encourage you to prayerfully consider your needs before canceling, as these offerings are curated to support long-term wellness.
Pre-Orders
Some of our remedies—such as seasonal harvest tinctures—are offered as pre-orders to ensure you can reserve them before they sell out.
-
Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout, with the balance charged once your order is ready to ship.
-
Pre-orders may be canceled any time prior to fulfillment.
-
Once fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, though you may still request a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
We do not currently offer “try before you buy.” If this becomes available in the future, we will update this policy.
Stewardship Note
Every order supports our mission of healing through creation and is prepared with prayerful care using compostable, eco-conscious packaging. We ask that cancellations be made thoughtfully, as each product is handcrafted and harvested with respect for the land and the Creator’s design.
